I  BRIEF INTRODUCTION

This machine is a horizontal short cycle double veneer semi-automatic press, which adopts the upper type oil cylinder, frame type structure, and the frequency conversion speed regulation board car and the output plate drum bracket to form a fast short cycle double veneer production line. t is an ideal equipment for producing veneers and laminate flooring. The electrical control adopts the domestic leading PLC programmable controller. The main components and hydraulic components used are selected from the high quality products of well-known domestic and foreign manufacturers. This machine is widely used to press the decorative surface of particleboard, plywood and various fiberboard surfaces.

Operating procedures
(1) with a feather duster first to sweep the dust on the surface of the workpiece, with
the oil must be cleaned up, and then coated with glue evenly
(2) setting pressure of hot press (generally for 100 ~ 150 (pa), temperature
(100 °C ~ 110 °C), time (generally for 5 ~ 8 minutes);
(3) the workpiece after coating is covered two sub-companies named seaport in the hot press;
(4) each pressure plate of a specification, must be first checked, inspect if the board is shift, whether glue is strong;
(5) the end of the work, cut off power , clean up the remaining material, etc.

Main advantages:Our hot press is equipped with a microcomputer control system for both manual and automatic control. With a simple push of a button you can control a whole set of processes including pressing plate ascending, closing, pressure adding, pressure maintaining, timing and pressing plate descending.
