Automatic Complete Particle Board Making Machine
Particle board/ Chip board production line, is using small diameter logs. tree branches and twigs, industrial wood residue as raw materials to produce gradual changing structured or homogeneous particle board. Applications include furniture, construction, packaging, vehicles, ships and so on.
Production process: the production line is divided into 4 working sections: Flake preparation, Drying and sifting section, Glue mixing and blending section, Forming/Press/Sanding section. Between the sections there is electrical interlock. When unlocked, single machine can be controlled individually.

1) Chip preparation section
Raw material is reduced into qualified chips by the drum chipper, then the chips are transported to the chip bin, and then feed to the knife ring flaker by which the chips are turned to flakes, then the flake stored in wet flake bin.
2) Drying and sifting section
The flskes discharged from the wet flake bin are conveyed to the rotary dryer. Qualified core flakes are stored in core flake bin; oversize flakes are send to mill to be recrushing, and transported to surface flake bin.
4) Forming and hot-pressing section
The surface and core flakes are sent into classi forming machine, and forming on the mat conveyor uniformly. After process of metal remover , pre-press, lengthwise saw, cross saw,accelerate conveyor,scaling conveyor ,
storing conveyor and loading conveyor,mats are transported to carrier and then to hot pressing. Rough boards after pressing are pushed to unloader via pallet.
5) Cooling and sizing section
The rough board is conveyed to star cooler for cooling ,then the rough board goes through side trimming saw and become a qualified particle-board, stacked on the hydraulic lift.
6) Sanding section
The board are sanded,checked and stored. PLC control is used in mat-forming section.

Multi-layers hot press group includes automatic Loader, Unloader, Push &pull trigger device, Same time closing device and Hot press. Production capacity may be various from 3,000cbm to 200,000cbm according to customer's request.The heating medium is conduction oil. The hot press group is installed with a simultaneous closing device and a thickness gauge. Under the action of pressure and temperature, after a certain period of time, the adhesive is solidified and the slab is pressed into rough board with designed density. Cooled on the flap cooler, the rough board is cut to two pieces by a cross-cut saw, and then stacked for intermediate storage till the adhesive fully cured.
An exhaust hood is installed above the hot press, and the exhaust gas generated from the hot pressing is discharged to the outside by a cooling fan installed on the roof.
